Payment security and currency

Every payment on happydressers.com is processed through a certified, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway using industry-standard TLS encryption. Your card details go directly to the payment provider and never touch our systems. Once a purchase completes, all we can see is your billing address, shipping address, order contents and the last four digits of your card.

You can confirm the connection is secure by looking for the padlock in your browser and the https:// prefix in the address bar.

All prices are displayed and charged in Pounds Sterling (GBP £). The price on the product page is the price you pay — nothing is added at the final step.

When you are charged

Your payment method is charged in full at the moment you place your order. You receive an order confirmation email immediately, containing your order number and a full breakdown of what you paid.

Failed or declined payments

If a payment is declined, no order is created and no money leaves your account. Any pending authorisation is released by your bank, usually within 3–5 business days. The usual causes are an incorrect billing address, insufficient funds, or your bank flagging an unfamiliar merchant.

Refunds

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used for the order — we cannot refund to a different card or account. Timings are set out in our Return Policy.
