Not right? You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- Free returns on every order — we email you a prepaid label and cover the postage, whatever the reason
- Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging
- No restocking fees
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the item
You also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, separate from and in addition to the 30 days above.
