Shipping Information

Free UK delivery on every order. There is no minimum spend, and no customs charges, import duties or handling fees on UK orders.

Order processing takes 1–2 business days and transit a further 3–5, so 4–7 business days in total. Our cut-off is 4:00 PM (GMT); orders placed after it, at a weekend, or on a UK public holiday are processed the next business day.

Parcels go with Royal Mail or Evri. We email you a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow it the whole way.

We cannot deliver to PO Box or BFPO addresses. Some remote Highland and Island postcodes may add 1–2 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

Free returns on every order. We cover the return postage whatever the reason, so you are never out of pocket. There are no restocking fees.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange if you are not happy with your order for any reason. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, email contact@happydressers.com with your order number. We reply within 24 hours with a returns authorisation and a prepaid label.
